Do you have a machine or machines that are seemingly stuck in idle? Hopefully this will help fix this issue.
If your machines are stuck in idle and you have signals coming from the machine and have looked at every other option try this:
Open up the shift schedule that pertains to the machine(s).
Schedule an idle for about 10 minutes into the future.
Schedule an off idle for 2-3 minutes after the idle.
Wait for the idle and off-idle time to pass. Machines in the work center will appear idle during this period but see if the machines that were stuck in idle appear normally after the idle / off-idle.
