Why are my End of Shift Reports not running?

A few things to look at as to why your end of shift reports are not running as expected.

When the EOS reports do not process correctly there are several things that may be at the root of the problem.

#1 - Ensure that shifts are set up properly. This is especially common around the change of the year when customers forget to set up the shifts for the upcoming year before the end of the year.
